We Know Plants

Our staff has more green thumbs than a family of frogs and decades of growing experience. We believe in customer satisfaction first— which is reflected in our motto, "Quality is the Difference." Whether you need a a planter for your front porch, a complete landscape design, or anything in between, Staggs has staff that strive to know the local flora like the back of their hand and the kind of friendliness and attention that you would expect from your neighbors.

MEET THE TEAM>>
Locally Grown

Most garden centers and chain retailers stock a random assortment of plants; but here at Staggs, we offer a more personal touch. We source our inventory from regional suppliers who meet our exceptionally high standards of quality.  Our inventory is carefully curated to bring you the season's best varieties— specifically chosen to perform in the Upstate's unique climate. We'll give you the tools and instructions you need to keep your garden healthy and looking its very best. The rest is up to you.

The owner is usually there and is super helpful. He is very knowledgable about the different plants and trees that grow and when to plant. Very reasonable on prices also.

Michael M.

Huge selection of flowers and plants! I skip the big boxes and shop local. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. They have beautiful Christmas trees too!

We care a lot about our customers— many of whom are our neighbors and friends. We also take pride in every single one of our plants, and we want to see them healthy and thriving long after they have left our property. That’s what we mean when we say “Quality is the Difference.”

Here at Staggs, quality is both a motto we live by and a goal towards which we strive. We have made it our mission to make the Upstate a greener and more beautiful place to live, and that extends to every flower and shrub that leaves our store. We aim to sell only healthy, thriving plants— that’s not to say we can guarantee they'll look as good once they're out of our hands, but we'll give you the resources you need to see to that yourself. And that is our promise.
